1. Who Axiom is for

Axiom is a fitness companion for kids and teens (ages 5–18). Users under 13 should have a parent or guardian set up the account and review activity.

2. Not medical advice

Workouts, meal ideas, and AI coach tips are educational and motivational— not medical, dietary, or therapeutic advice. Always check with a doctor before starting a new program, especially with injuries, conditions, allergies, or dietary needs.

3. Use at your own risk

You are responsible for exercising safely, warming up, hydrating, and stopping if something hurts. Axiom, its creators, and partners are not liable for any injury, health outcome, or loss resulting from use of the app.

4. Account & data

We store basic profile data (name, age, goals, check-ins, avatar) to personalize the experience. We don't sell your data. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support.

5. Fair play

No cheating XP, no harassment of friends, no uploading harmful content. Accounts that abuse the system may be paused or removed.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the app grows. Significant changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
