Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account: email address and display name (first name required, last name optional).
• Assessment answers: age, activity level, goals, equipment, food preferences, allergies, and optional height/weight. Height and weight are always optional.
• Activity you enter: workouts completed, check-ins, streaks, XP, and saved meals.
• Food scans (adult mode): the photo you choose to scan plus the nutrition estimate produced from it.
• Classroom membership: which class you joined and which assigned activities you marked complete.

We do not collect contacts, precise location, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or payment information, and we do not build advertising profiles.

2. Why we collect it

Only to run the app: personalize your plan and food guidance, keep your progress in sync across devices, and show a teacher participation in their own class. Nothing is used for advertising.

3. Kids' data and parental consent

Axiom is built for ages 5–18 as well as adults. If a user is under 13, a parent or guardian must approve the account at signup — we ask for that confirmation before any profile is created. We collect the minimum needed for a workout plan, never require a photo of a child, and never show a child's weight or calorie targets in kids mode.

A parent or guardian can email eshaanarjun8@gmail.com at any time to review, correct, or delete their child's data, or withdraw consent — we act on it within 30 days and confirm by email.

4. What teachers can see

A teacher only sees participation in their own classroom: who joined, and whether an assigned activity was marked complete. Teachers never see weight, height, body measurements, calories, food scans, personal goals, or assessment answers.

5. Services we rely on

• Hosting and database: stores your account and app data.
• Google sign-in: used only if you choose it; Google shares your name, email, and profile picture.
• AI model provider: receives the food photo or question you submit to produce a result. It is not used to train models on your data, and results are not linked to advertising.
• Google Fonts: loads the fonts used for the interface.

We do not install advertising, analytics, or social tracking SDKs, and there are no third-party trackers on the site.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and everything listed above is removed from our database; backups roll off within 30 days.

7. Your rights — access, correction, deletion

You can see and edit your profile and assessment answers in the app at any time. To get a copy of your data or delete it:

• In the app: open the profile menu, choose Profile, then Delete my account and data.
• Or email eshaanarjun8@gmail.com with the subject "Data request". We reply within 30 days.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing, restrict it, or complain to your local data protection authority. We never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Email

We only send account emails you need — sign-in confirmation and password resets. We do not send marketing newsletters. If we ever add them, they will be opt-in and every message will include a one-click unsubscribe link.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with per-user database access rules, so one account cannot read another's data. No system is perfect — please use a strong, unique password.

10. Changes
