Accessibility Statement

What we support today

• Every button, link, tab, and dialog is reachable and operable with the keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
• A skip link lets keyboard users jump straight to the main content.
• Icon-only buttons carry text labels for screen readers, and images have descriptive alternative text (decorative art is hidden from screen readers).
• Text and controls meet AA contrast in every theme; light buttons use dark text and dark buttons use light text.
• Status messages, such as scan results and errors, are announced to screen readers.
• Animations respect your system "reduce motion" setting.
• Tap targets on phones are at least 44×44 pixels.
• Information is never conveyed by colour alone — food group badges, streaks, and errors also carry text or icons.

Known gaps

Some richly illustrated areas — the buddy creature stage art and the animated backgrounds — are decorative and summarized in text rather than described in detail. We're improving these.
